I really dont like to use the word "noob" ... but we met 2 pro-b00ns, thats for sure!!
1) they voted no official map, without asking/saying it. but it was ok for us so we pwnd them ...
2) as we wanted play ctf mines they didn't wanted to... like u can see at ss... so that's like surrender. we left and yep. we won ^^
