Server issue Empty Server issue

hm after i got a new router i have problems to host our server.
sometimes it works, sometimes not....
i dunno where the problem is but im working on it.
I hope i will figure it out fast but i even dont now where to start for the search of the problem ^^

maybe someone has an idea what it could be...?!

EDIT:
WARNING: master server registration failed: failed pinging server

ports are forwarded and firewall doesnt block it (otherwise it would be always like this but as i mentioned its just sometimes that i cannot host)
